I've been buying all of my oils and vinegars from Alpine Olive Tree for well over 2 years now ever since I went on a wine tasting trip in Helen, Ga and was attracted to this shop by a TASTING ROOM sign. I stumbled in and quickly realized it wasn't for wine. The owner gave us the tour and a quick lesson on olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This Dill is one of my favorite infused oils alongside the Lime and Blood Orange. I really like to coat chicken with it before baking in the oven or adding some to chicken salad.
