The umoboshi plum white balsamic vinegar is sweet and acidic at the same time. I love to pair it with olive oil and dip fresh French bread into it. I've been buying my specialty vinegars from Alpine Olive for several years and have tried many different vinegars. This is one of my top 2. The other favorite is no longer available but if it returns, I'll be hard pressed to decide which I prefer.
