After purchasing a bottle of this Balsamic for myself during a trip to helen, I loved it so much that I decided to purchase more as Christmas and birthday gifts. It is EXCELLENT!

I love balsamic vinegar a lot. This is the best I've ever tasted and the price is really reasonable. Sweet and rich and flavorful. I buy it for myself and give it as gifts. Who needs wine? :-)

After trying this in Helen we purchased the large bottle for our selves. We love a great balsamic and this is it for us. For a birthday gift we sent our daughter inlaw the same size along with the pour spout,. She loves it's! We also sent her two large bottles of olive oil with pour spouts. Great gifts and the online store is so convienent! I wish I had picked up a pour spout for us, I guess that's for our next trip!

This balsamic vinegar is so good that I often sip a spoonful straight out of the bottle! It is sweet, smooth, rich, complex, and not overly acerbic, and it stands high above other balsamics I've tried. My mom and I visited the store during the Dahlonega fall festival last year, and we were so excited to try all of the wonderful products and talk to the awesome owner and his staff. While we were there, we made the mistake of only buying and splitting a sampler box with one balsamic sample each, so as soon as my mom and I ran out of our samples, I ordered some larger bottles for both of us. So far I have used it in dressings for various salads, and I have drizzled it over a pasta dish. It has a nice zip and tang, but isn't overpowering to the dishes. I consider this one of my few splurge items, and will be ordering more when I run out!
